Ordering
Ordering is easy! Just select the item you are interested in, enter the quantity you want to order, and click "Add to
shopping basket". Your
shopping basket will then be displayed. Enter your zip code and click "calculate shipping". When you are ready to check out just click "Checkout" and enter your billing information. Keep in mind we cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Now, enter your Credit Card information. You must enter the
NAME AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD, select the type of credit card, enter you credit card number, and expiration date. If you are shipping this to an address other than the Billing Address enter the shipping address now. The verification screen is next. Look over everything on your order and verify that everything is correct. Click NEXT to process your order.

Return Policy
All products purchased from Candlemart.com carry a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the product purchase price. If the return is the result of an error made by Candlemart.com, your shipping costs will be refunded. First call us at 1-877-352-6353 and inform us of the circumstance for the return; then please enclose the original packing slip with product to be returned, pack the box securely and send it to:

Damage Claims
We take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely. But, if the merchandise you received has been lost, damaged, or broken during shipment please call us at 1-877-352-6353 and inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will promptly arrange for you to return the product and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise.
Shipping
Our shipping partner, Federal Express, give us the ability to deliver anywhere in the WORLD. Orders are normally shipped 1 to 4 days after your order is placed. Shipping costs can be estimated by adding items to your
shopping basket, entering your zip code, entering your country, and clicking on "Calculate Shipping". Shipping address phone numbers are required by Federal Express for residential delivery.
