Orders normally arrive within 4-8 business days after placing your order.
We get very busy before and during special events so keep this in mind
when ordering for an upcoming event or holiday. All orders will require
a signature for delivery. No packages will be left unattended without your

What are the shipping costs?
A:
We don't charge a handling fee like most sites. We only charge you what
our carrier charges us. Shipping costs are quoted based on the weight and
destination (zip code) of your order. Shipping can be calculated by adding
3 or 4 items to your shopping
basket, entering your zip code, entering your country, and clicking
on "Calculate Shipping". This is just a quote, no charges will be incurred
until you checkout. Shipping address phone numbers are required by Fed-Ex
for residential delivery. Back

How can I reduce my shipping costs'?
A:
Candles
can be very heavy to ship. At Candlemart we understand this and have created
a couple of ways that you can offset your shipping costs. We give a FREE
candle with each order over $30. Normally this is a value of up to
$7.50. We can only provide one free candle with any one order. We also
have a Fragrance of
the Month program that will save you 25% on selected fragrances. This

Can I order without a Credit Card?
A:
Yes, Don't have or want a credit card? That's ok. Just print your shopping
basket
(with
shipping quote) and mail it and your check or money order to:

How do I know what fragrances are available?
A:
When you find an item you are interested in. Click on the link and it will
take you to the product
page. Now click on fragrance box to see all the available fragrances.
If you are in the Aromatherapy section you will only see Aromatherapy fragrances.
To see all fragrances in that product click on Candles
and find the same product in that listing. Back

Do you ship internationally?

Yes,
we ship to every country in the world. Be sure to select the "ship to"
country in the shopping
basket We do require proof of credit card ownership before shipping
internationally. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
and will be billed by the carrier. Need shipping rates?
